Welcome to our new website

After more “nearly there” moments than we care to count, our new website is finally here. We’re delighted to share it with you.

Our old site served us well, but we wanted to make it easier to find your way around and get the information you need. Whether you’re thinking about adopting your first hens, looking for care advice, or simply curious about what we do, we hope you’ll feel at home here.

We’ve put a lot of care into the site, but there may still be things we’ve missed. If you find a broken link, a page that doesn’t look right, or information that needs updating, please email us at adminteam@freshstartforhens.co.uk. A quick note is a big help.

We’d love to know what you find useful, too, and what you wish you could find. We have ideas for how the site could grow, and your feedback will help us decide what to focus on next.

Fresh Start for Hens has always been about people coming together to give ex-commercial hens the retirement they deserve. Our volunteers, adopters and supporters make that possible every day. Thank you for being part of it, and we hope you enjoy exploring the new site.
