Terms and Conditions

In addition to the Terms and conditions and Privacy policy please accept the following.

  1. Legal Age Requirement: I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age or older, and therefore of legal age to enter into this agreement.
  2. Minimum Donation Commitment: I agree to pay the minimum donation shown for my application no later than acceptance. I may pay earlier, but payment does not guarantee acceptance. If my application is declined, any payment made towards it will be refunded.
  3. Donation Timing: I understand that this donation must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection of the birds. I acknowledge that any payments made within 48 hours of the collection date may not be accepted for that collection, and I will forfeit my right to collect the birds at that time.
  4. Lifetime Commitment to Care: I commit to providing a permanent and suitable home for the hens or ducks for the entirety of their natural lives. In the event that I am unable to continue their care or no longer wish to keep them, I agree to promptly notify Fresh Start For Hens and follow their instructions for rehoming or returning the animals.
  5. Veterinary Care Requirement: I agree to seek professional veterinary care for the hens or ducks as needed to ensure their health and well-being.
  6. Submission of Accurate Information: I confirm that any photographs of my coop and outdoor area that I provide with this form or later are accurate and current when submitted. I acknowledge that this information will be used to assess the suitability of my application.
  7. Application Rights: I acknowledge that Fresh Start For Hens reserves the right to decline any application at their discretion. If my application is declined, the decision and reason will be available on my application page.
I accept by submitting this form, to all the terms and conditions stated above, the handling of my data, and understand that this agreement is binding.
