Registration Form

Our diary is full of farms wanting us to rehome their hens, so please register your interest.

We have made a slight change to our methods of operation and are now accepting reservations for all the collection points, so please register and we will contact you as soon as we have a new date at a location near you. If you are looking for ducks, please add a note at the end.

When we have a suitable date, we will email you from adminteam@freshstartforhens.co.uk  Please add this address to your whitelist so we don’t end up in your spam folder.

Once you have been offered a collection date, please ensure you send your photos and donation ASAP. Demand for hens is very high and we can only confirm your reservation once both have been received.

    ∙Please complete the form as fully as possible otherwise we won't be able to record your request.
    ∙Please don't forget to include your first name AND surname.




    Terms & Conditions

    1. I am of legal age, 18 years or older.

    2. I consent to contributing a minimum donation of £2.75 for each hen.

    3. I commit to offering a permanent home for the hens or ducks for the entirety of their natural lives. If I am no longer able to care for the hens or you no longer want them, I will get in touch with Fresh Start For Hens.

    4. I will ensure that professional veterinary care is sought whenever necessary.

    5. I will provide or have provided photos of my coop and free range area, and are accurate at the time of sending, within 3 days of submitting this form.

    6. I understand that it is necessary to make my donation promptly, within 3 days of placing my reservation.

      7. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of my reservation and the forfeiture of receiving the hens or ducks.

    7. I acknowledge that Fresh Start For Hens reserves the right to decline any reservation, and I will be notified of the reasons for rejection via email.
